Hiring Guidelines and policies

All prospective KLX drivers must meet the following conditions to be considered for employment :

* Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License with the proper class and endorsements for the state of California

* Must be 23 years of age or older

* Must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience in the operations of tractor/trailer equipment

* Must have an account set up with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse

* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States and have verifiable documented proof (Social Security Card, Green Card, Work Visa, etc.)

* Must be committed to operating in a safe and legal manner at all times.

We at KLX LLC know that without our driver associates, we would not be in the position to offer the exceptional service our customers have come to expect from us. Our driver team members are NOT numbers to us. Each member has a name and every member of our support staff knows that name. Come and drive for us.!!

Utilizing any online PDF Filler App the employment application can be completed and emailed directly back to me at the following email address: safety@klxllc.com. A second option would be to print out the application, complete it with the required information and walk into our office for hand delivery. Come drive for us!

Please also take some time to review the Policy Procedure Manual as well as the Defensive Driving Policy so you will have an idea as to what will be expected of you as a KLX LLC driver team member. This can also be signed online and returned with the Driver Application to expedite some of the prerequisites needed for our hiring process.
